When a claim may not be suitable
We review every enquiry before accepting a claim.
Some claims may not be suitable for Claim Pilot’s online process where:
• the expected recovery value is too low;
• there is no known responsible party;
• there is no proof of ownership;
• there is little or no useful evidence;
• the claimant appears to be mostly at fault;
• the claim is too old or poorly documented;
• the claimant does not want to use the online process.
This helps us focus on claims that have a realistic chance of recovery.
Our success fee is agreed upfront and is only payable if money is recovered.
If the claim is not accepted, or if no money is recovered, no success fee is payable.
Claim Pilot is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
We provide claim administration, document preparation, submission, follow-up and settlement support.
If legal advice, a formal demand, summons or litigation is required, the matter may be referred to an attorney.
Submitting a claim check does not mean your claim has been accepted. Each matter is reviewed based on liability, evidence, documents, recovery value and suitability for online handling.
Can I claim if I do not have insurance?
Possibly. If someone else caused the damage, you may still have a third-party damage claim. Claim Pilot reviews the facts, evidence, responsible party details and estimated recovery value before deciding whether the claim is suitable.
Do you guarantee payment?
No. Each claim depends on liability, evidence, documents, claim value and the response from the responsible party, insurer, administrator or municipality. Claim Pilot does not guarantee that a claim will be accepted or paid.
Do I need to call Claim Pilot?
No. Claim Pilot is an online-only service. This keeps the process structured, affordable and document-based. Please use the claim check form to start the process.
What do you charge?
We work on a no-recovery-no-fee basis. Our success fee is agreed upfront before we proceed with an accepted claim. If the claim is not accepted, or if no money is recovered, no success fee is payable.
Are you attorneys?
No. Claim Pilot is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. If legal advice, a formal demand, summons or litigation is required, the matter may be referred to an attorney.
What happens after I submit the claim check?
We review your information. If the claim appears suitable, we may request additional documents before deciding whether to proceed. Submitting a claim check does not mean your claim has been accepted.
